any body tell me the Acetone Specific Gravity against Purity
Pure acetone has an SG of 0,785 [1]. If it is contaminated with water which has an nominal SG of 1.0 you should be able to calculate the purity easily. If it is contaminate with other chemical then you would need to use different ratios.
