Jim Brown

Engineers need to use simulation tools:
TodayÆs tools allow engineers to bring simulation into their design processes. There simply aren't enough analysts to involve in every design decision and they should be reserved for formal design validation and optimization.

Chad Jackson

Bring analysts into design:
To get the benefit from simulation-driven design, you need to involve analysts up-front in the design process. That means they have to learn CAD tools, in particular Direct Modeling approaches.
