According to me, at the development stage, the problem is with the course curriculum because it is not too much practical or research oriented. Moreover it is more like the school studeies.

And after that the engineers are only looking forward to jobs after thier course and very very less engineers are going into the research field or into the area of development of science and technology and they are just thinking about their own lives and not about their coutnries.
