In a volatile construction market, niche markets are key to the success of its staff and the organization. We have our niche and are growing at an alarming rate. Our organization is seeking a highly qualified, organized, pragmatic individual to lead our Engineer Team.

Although we are looking for a Senior level Engineer, we are also seeking qualities such as:

• Someone with a broad vision who can look beyond the industry in order to differentiate in a competitive, changing environment.

The incumbent should have a strong executive presence and the capability to work with people at all levels.
• An Engineer who has a roll-up the sleeves attitude and is willing to embody the company culture.
In addition, we are seeking qualifications that must be met to execute his/ her duties:
• In addition to an engineering degree, PE is required, SE and/or GE are desirable.
• Must have mastered design build projects, spec out plans & projects
• RISA and AutoCAD 08 knowledge is preferred
