Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of engineering change documentation, product life-cycle management (PLM), and aiding in bill of material, routing and scrap auditing within the facility.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key areas; essential roles, responsibilities activities a candidate can expect to assume in this position

òEvaluates bill of material and packaging needs and enters change in Plex.
òAids in updating routings and bill of materials in Plex.
òAids in auditing and compling data on scrap.
òReconciles monthly supplier reports and creates informational reports on packaging usage.
òPrepares reports, charts, and other materials and ensures accuracy.
òLeads change coordination meetings and maintains files and keeps current on status of all projects.
òAssures all change information is accurate and complete prior to routing for approval.
òAssures that the specification and the production system match prior to the change effective date.
òResponsible for routing the specification in a timely manner and ensuring final approval is complete.
òAssures creation and changes to BOMÆs and Routings in Plex and ties them to Plex PLM.
òMaintains tracking records for all new products and changes to products for manufacturing at the plant.
òMaintains high level of confidentiality and ensures effective communication between all departments on all projects.
òCreates and updates ordering forms, auditing forms, and other miscellaneous forms.
òWorks with bill of material, scheduling and parts follow-up analyst to ensure alignment.
