This position is with a food manufacturing facility and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the plant Quality systems. Duties include: • Overseeing key Quality and Regulatory programs including weight control allergen management, Kosher requirements, and compliance testing; • Serving as the site HACCP coordinator; • Ensuring compliance to company policies and regulatory, federal and state laws; • Maintaining the Low Acid Canned Food filing and working with internal process authority on any regulatory changes; • Managing all internal and external inspections or regulatory visits; • Providing Quality/Sanitation support for project commercialization; • Planning, defining, and directing the site auditing control program.
• 3+ years of experience in Food Quality Systems; • One or more years of knowledge and experience in HACCP, ISO/QCMS, aseptic filing, and/or Low Acid Canned Food regulations, etc; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
