MEGTEC Systems is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager û Aftermarket Services based in its De Pere, Wisconsin location.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a fast paced environment with experience in a manufacturing environment.
The Project Manager û Aftermarket Services will manage and coordinate projects within the Aftermarket Services Group to include engineering, start-up, installation, purchasing and invoicing. On a regular basis the Project Manager will meets with Aftermarket sales to ensure projects remain on schedule, budget and completed. Throughout projects, this individual will act as a liaison between Aftermarket Services, vendors, contractors, engineering and manufacturing groups within MEGTEC. At time, there will be some light mechanical design, drafting and BOM generations. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to;
*Review proposal, scope, costing and project schedule and coordinate with both internal and external parties involved.
*Coordinate projects with manufacturing for quality, scope and schedule.
*Plans and oversees engineering projects, including defining the project philosophy, activities, milestones, and staff requirements, in accordance with customer specifications.
*Develop and maintain master Aftermarket services project schedule
*Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget, experience in managing capital equipment projects
*Prepares or directs preparation of product or system layout and detailed drawings and schematics.
*Assist in mechanical design, drafting, BOM creation and releasing projects to manufacturing.
*Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
*3-5 years related experience in the field of engineering
*Required skills include familiarity with AutoCAD & MS Project, knowledge of bills of materials, manufacturing requirements as well as HVAC or burner systems and design
(Knowledge of air emission control systems and equipment desirable.)
*Strong communication skills both verbal and written
*Strong Communication skills
*Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office
