Job Description - We are actively searching for a Project Manager for the North American Power division. The PM will be responsible overall execution of long term service projects for gas and aero turbine customers while maximizing project results. Responsibilities include;
òAlong with commercial management, develop and implement strategy for project execution related to gas turbine equipment service and repair.
òProvide exceptional reporting to all stakeholders including customers, business partners and management.
òAssume responsibility for the delivery of allotted projects from hand off from Sales teams, on through successful completion and hand off to customer, while taking necessary action to improve processes and performance.
òDevelop and secure the necessary resources for project execution and organize the project team, ensuring that all project members have clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and scope of work.
òRegularly review and assess the risk and opportunities of the project. Evaluate and decide on actions that benefit overall project performance.
Candidate Requirements û
The successful Customer Service Manager will have at minimum 5 years of gas turbine management experience and 5-10 years of power/aero industry experience. Additional qualifications include;
òBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical preferred). MS/MBA desired.
òMinimum of 3 years' experience as IPT lead of large projects.
òCommercial/industrial experience with Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), sales or tendering.
òJob and facility/office location is Florida. Relocation support available.
òOrganized, acute attention to detail, excellent oral communication skills in English and technical writing ability.
òAbility to travel 20-40%.
