• 2 years min. 3D and 2D CAD work experience (3D of some kind is a MUST and experience specifically with Pro-engineer or Solidworks is a PLUS).
  
• Technical degree, formal CAD training, or equivalent additional experience.
  
• Good mechanical aptitude.
  
• Excellent people skills.
  
• Solid verbal, written & general computer skills.
  
• Machined, metal fabrication, or casted part design experience is a plus.
