| Title: Staff Estimator

Job Number: 130502
Job responsibilities include estimating hard bid and conceptual design-build projects, assessing project risks and assigning proper risk costs, reviewing and recommending changes to design in order to possibly lower the project costs, field progress measurements, estimating, and change orders. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in construction management/engineering or equivalent experience. 5 years related professional experience a plus. Estimating and pricing experience, preferably with mid-size contractors in one or all of the following disciplines: general power, design-build, mechanical or electrical is preferred. In depth knowledge of Excel and Access software needed. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of construction practices.
