| Lin Engineering, Ltd. has exciting and challenging structural projects in the extended forecast and is searching for an ambitious and qualified structural engineer. Position would include planning and detailed design of highway bridges, retaining walls and culverts primarily for Illinois DOT and Illinois Tollway transportation projects. Work would involve design in the office, with potential for field bridge condition inspections. Local candidates preferred. Candidate should satisfy qualifications to eventually obtain Illinois SE license. Minimum one year experience in design of highway bridges. Must be willing to work overtime as required to fulfill project deadlines and ensure quality work. SE licensed candidates strongly considered.
