Job Description:

ò Promote sales of products through training, sales calls, and development of distribution
ò Visit Repair Shops; Generate Leads; Discuss Bosch products and services
ò Problem- Solving/ Conflict Resolution with potential customers
ò Increase commercial market share by aggressively calling on and supporting the 2nd Trade Level
ò Actively and aggressively pursue new business at the Jobber and Installer level
ò Carry out sales and merchandising programs as directed by the Product Rep, Supervisor/Manager including product updates
ò Persuade prospective customers to purchase and participate in BAPS/BCS programs
ò Work directly with account manager(s) and the account "hands on" to ensure account can effectively demonstrate and sell Bosch automotive products
ò Educate customers personnel to the attributes and advantages of selling products through technical training clinics and field sales calls
ò Provide support to branches of National Accounts through coordination with Zone Manager and SRA at direction of PR Supervisor
ò Inform customers of special marketing programs, assist with inventory control and encourage the addition of new lines to WD's, Jobbers and Installers through pull through efforts
ò Actively provide current Point of Purchase (POP) materials at all levels of distribution
ò Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policy and report any special cases to the PR Supervisor.


ò Bachelors in Sales, Marketing or Business
ò 0 to 2 years sales experience preferably in automotive industry
ò Knowledge of sales/marketing functions
ò Some knowledge of Bosch and competitors' products and services
ò Strong sales and technical presentation/demonstration skills
ò Strong oral and written communications skills
ò Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple programs
ò Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database
ò Basic understanding of the interworking of an automobile
ò Good driving habit
ò The ability to contribute to a team and work independently
ò Self-motivated
ò Strong communication and presentation skills
ò Bilingual (preferred, not required)
ò ASE Certified (Automotive Service Excellence) (preferred, not required)
