Golder Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for the Jacksonville location. The responsibilities include:- Create civil design plans and drawings for waste, power, manufacturing, transportation, and oil and gas related projects using Autodesk Civil3D, Map 3D, Raster Design, AutoCAD, and ArcInfo/ArcView Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Prepare grading plans and details for construction-level drawings.
- Prepare quantity estimates for earthwork grading (on design projects) and to confirm as-built quantities (on construction projects).
- Synthesize environmental data into geographical presentations.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and designs using Autodesk products (including Map 3D or Land Development Desktop; Raster Design; and AutoCAD) and Geographic Information System (GIS) products (including ArcView and ArcInfo). Must have U.S. (or foreign equivalent) post-secondary certificate in CADD.
