Responsible for achieving the financial goals of the branch office(s) by developing and maintaining client relationships, expanding the current client base, and increasing the sales volume of existing customers. Highly motivated sales professional that will be responsible for all aspects of Commercial and Industrial Project Sales generation within our Tampa, FL office.

-Developing, implementing, evaluating, and adjusting an effective marketing strategy to meet or exceed sales goals assigned by company management
-Manage Project Estimates, Margins, Industrial and Commercial Projects.
-Heavy MEP, and HVAC.
-Makes sales and service calls on a regular basis to establish client accounts within an assigned territory
-Makes sales calls to targeted prospective clients and recommends new clients to be added to prospect list
-Prepares bids or estimates for clients as necessary. Follows up on bids or estimates submitted to client determine whether orders can be filled
-Completes all required documentation as necessary for the sales including Terms & Conditions, contracts, etc.
-Responsible for working well with others and maintain positive attitude within a team environment
-Completes all sales training and orientations as required by management
-Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
