This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians in providing maintenance support for the factory equipment. Duties include: ò Improving the facilities Mean Time To Repair, MTTR and Mean Time Between Failures, MTBF; ò Coordinating maintenance projects and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards; ò Managing and optimizing the plant Preventative Maintenance plans and standard operating procedures for all maintenance procedures; ò Providing technical support to all continuous improvement activities for the factory; ò Forecasting and managing the maintenance budget. ò 7+ years of experience managing a maintenance or technical department in a food, beverage or clean manufacturing environment; ò TPM and SPC experience; ò Strong knowledge and experience of preventative maintenance processes, automation controls, and industrial power distribution; ò Solid analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ò Proven leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement skills.
