Title: Compressor Design Engineer Location: Bay Minette, AL Duration: Long Term Rate: DOE Experience: 4 – 6 years • Sound knowledge of working principles of Compressor (Reciprocating and Rotary Compressor), Single stage and multistage compressors. • Experience in design of different Components of Compressor assembly like Suction and delivery valves, Gear train, Inter cooler, after cooler and Receivers. • Good understanding about product design, knowledge of Screw/ rotor design would be added advantage. • Knowledge and experience in Prime movers would be a added advantage • Exp in handling Casting / Forging Components • Exp on working with relevant design standards, GD&T & stack up analysis • Good at Pro-E and Inventor modeling Component and assembly management • Hands on experience with diagnostics and testing • Knowledge of various manufacturing practices and commodities - especially Screw manufacturing • Communication skills to work with internal and external customer in a professional and effective manner • Ability to create & interpret Pneumatic circuits will be an added advantage • Knowledge of VAVE tools will be an added advantage
