FAQ

How much storage space do I get?
We are starting with 1GB, but reserve the right to make it bigger.

Are there limitations on the size of an email I can send?
There is a file attachment limit of 18 MB per email sent.  Other than that, you are free to use the email within the 1 GB storage range.

Can this be set up to work with my local Outlook?
Not yet, but we're working on it.

How do I import my contacts from Outlook?
Go to Outlook contacts and export as .csv file. Be sure to name the file without any spaces or special characters. Then go to ENGINEERING.com mail/tools/address book and select the file import icon at the top of the page. Import the file you just named in Outlook.

Does this email have a forwarding function?
At this time forwarding all emails results in the original email being deleted from your inbox. We're working on that bug.
