Good advice John. I conduct the public PLC training workshops myself every quarter in St. Louis and Atlanta so I 3 days with a variety of our customers in person. I also get to go to customer's site 2-5 times a year. (would like more onsite visits and it is one of my goals.)

But technology is bridging the gap a little too. I've never met in person Dan, Allison or Vince. But because of all the videos I watch, feel like they are old friends. :>)
