"ICAM, CENIT and IMSPost are post-processing software, which are built in with CATIA.
If we use IMSPost, NC code is generated. However, if we use ICAM (and CENIT) we do not get any NC code. Only APT code is generated, even if we keep the settings for NC code generation."

Depending on what kind of machine you are trying to create code for you need to locate a post processor for that specific machine. We are working with a HAAS CNC mill and are locating the post processor for that mill currently; i will keep you updated on our progress.

After you change to ICAM, CENIT, or IMS you need to double click on the Part Operation in the tree. Then select a postprocessor in the Machine Options. You will also need to select a pptable from the list.
