I create a solid model in Part design, I transfer it to NC manufacturing, I choose correct options, I specify a zero point but still I don't get any NC codes. I am only getting in apt form. Is there anything else to do in NC manufacturing section to get NC codes?

APT is old school NC code. It's what the guys and girls writing for machines would use back in the day. What i think you are referring to is g-code, or something you can run on CNC equipment. Unfortunately dassault systems doesn't supply post processors to talk to specific CNC equipment. You will have to look at a third party to develop a post processor that will create the NC or g-code you are looking for from the apt, or CL data. Google the company Icam, they are not cheep but can get the job done.

Actually, CATIA does come with some postprocessors. You just need to pick one from the list in the Machining Options which are found by double clicking Part Operation in the tree. You will also have to pick one of the sample pptables
