Okay, so this is my first blog post and I am excited about the enterprise before me.  As I search the internet for information, to my dismay I found almost nothing astronautics-specific: it seems astronautics and aeronautics are combined into a general term "aerospace."  Certainly there are university courses that teach and are titled by Astronautics, but beyond this there shows no job description or scientific summary on the career.  It is almost as if it does not exist.  Certain this is not the case, I seek an aerospace engineer who specializes in astronautics so that I may continue to delve into this fascinating subject.

We are planning to launch an engineering networking feature very soon that will enable people pursuing similar engineering interests to find each other and collaborate online at no charge. Would you be willing to participate in the Beta test? You can respond to me directly at jhayes@engineering.com.

Hey this is a very good idea guys. As said, even i have not found any blog or site giving much of useful information regarding this. Aerospace is definately a very interesting subject. I am sure this will attract many eyes and you will get good traffic when posted with good and unique content. Try to learn some SEO concepts which may be very helpful.

Very interesting that you only find that things are combined when you are specifically looking for one thing. The remainder of the time you may not pay much attention to it at all. I have to agree that Aerospace is an interesting subject that deserves a lot more than it was getting.

Re: Beginning Research

Its a good approach rather i would say a unique one. You have got a mind of a business man. Because a business man will try to give a single solution or a single stop shop for all his customers needs. You also have tried the same and one could get answers for what ever search he may do. Nice move.

Re: Beginning Research

I agree descorpio that it is a unique approach, and that this person definately has a business head on their shoulders and that providing a single place to meet all your needs is a very good idea. I think that is why department stores are so successful in business.
