| Engineering fields mainly service industries [like ITES/KPO etc. ]can get best results of Quality output by using Six Sigma tools of DMAIC or DMADV.
generally people follow SIPOC or PDCA cycle for their operations,but if we empasis on SDCA cycle results are more qualitative and can achieve customer satisfaction ultimately resulting in more jobs from them.
Define/measure/analyse/improve/control is the best suitable process to engineering operations, also perfect results can be obtained if we use Six SIgma alongwith Lean methodologies. |
