I have a design project using Class 200 PVC pipe. A part will be molded that will mate with the pipe and I was wondering what durometer PVC is used when extruding Class 200 pipe.

The Class 200 PVC pipe will be made of the same material as Schedule 40 or 80 PVC pipe. The only difference will be the dimensions of the pipe. Extruded PVC has a Hardness 36-85 Shore D with an average of about 70 [http://www.matweb.com/search/DataSh...ck=1].
