    -5pi/6 radians if taking anticlockwise as positive and the centre to 3 as the origin line.

    angle between 3 to 8 is 150 degrees and angle turned by hour stick due to 40 minutes is 20 degree so final angle between both sticks is 150-20=130 degree

    The hour hand is 2/3 of the way towards the 4 so will be 2/3X30degs less than 150 degrees = 130 degrees
