I am looking for a solution to insulating between stator windings of different voltages. Right now P1 windings and P2 windings are pulled up through the stator core together creating end bundles that are press formed. This makes P1 and P2 wires touch.
P1 and P2 wires are 90 degrees apart - P1 wires are at 0 and 180 degrees and sit slightly up from P2 wires pulled at 90 and 270 degrees through the stator core.
Do you change the wiring pattern (and how do you maintain voltage output required?), do you pull P1 and insulate it, then pull P2?
    Have pics/videos if interested.
