is there an equation linking rolling resistance of a vehicle and drag together to calculate total resistive forces.

also does rollling resistance decrease as speed is increasing

Rolling resistance is generally consider to be a constant.

To calculate the total energy required would be the sum of the rolling resistance and the drag.
