    In a universe with the same physical laws, but which is mostly water with little bubbles in it, do the bubbles attract, repel, or what?

    Got to the second item in the video (time mark 1:00). It shows two bubbles attracting to one another and coalescing into on large bubble. Once this bubble is formed water droplets do the same. One bubble eventually coalesces to the outside to join the water.
