Hi, I would like to seek for advise on piping expansion loop design.
    I am laying a 10B JIS G3454 STPG38 sch80, about 700 meter long end to end.

In between we will have some expansion loop for the thermal expansion absorption.

    In isometric view,

Axis x = 15 meter (From fixed point)
    Axis z = 2.5 meter
    Axis y = 3 meter
    Axis x = 5 meter
    Axis y = - 3 meter
    Axis z = - 2.5 meter
Axis x = 15 meter (End of fixed point)

Is this design sufficient to take thermal expansion under these conditions:

    Pipe: 10B STPG38 sch80
    Max operating pressure: 60 bar
Max operating temperature: Approximate 276 degree c
    Fluid: Saturated steam

Kindly ask if you need more information to determine.
Your kind advise would be highly appreciated.

You will need to undertake a pipe stress analysis to answer this. Have you completed this step yet?
