    A fan load has inertia, j=0.1Kgm2 and coefficient of friction B=0.01Nm/(rad/s). The fan has a square law torque-speed characteristic of K=0.004Nm/(rad/s).
    a) Construct a model of this system and find the steady state speed when the drive produces a torque of 5Nm.
    b) The transient response of speed, when 5Nm torque is applied as a step.
