    Why does the Discharge pressure decreases when the flow rate increases ?

    You will have to be a little more specific than that. If flow rate increases and is trying to push the same amount of pressure through the same diameter nozzle then there could be a back flow problem and turbulence. If you have drawings or models in Solidworks I can look at it and tell you what is going on.
