Hi guys im new here, i have a question: Is it possible to construct a 4" x 22ft x 11ft RC slab on top of a rectangular shaped two 22ft long 8"x8" horizontal i-beam and two 11ft long 8"x8" i-beam sitting on four 9ft(h) x10"x10" RC column with a 1'x2.5'x2.5' pad footing each. All the columns is at every end of the i-beams ..each column have four vertical Y12bs steel bar with R6 link every 200mm the weight of the RC slab is about 5tonnes.. it is actually an open car porch will the i-beams structure and Rc columns hold that weight?
