Design specifications: only balsa wood/glue allowed. Bridge sits over a 10cm cube, not allowed to touch cube at any point during loading. Loading cell is 15 cm high (5 cm over cube). Load cell is a two inch circle.
Looking for advice onto the type of truss or structure to use, advantages of different kinds. I dont have experience building balsa structures. General advice for balsa building would also be appreciated. |
