Hello, I'm 22 years old and i am a finalist in the degree of electrical engineering and computers, now I'm almost finished,only final projecto to finnish and i want to start working, there are my doubts about wich professionally area/sector i should follow me to focus 100% to be good it.

Because my degree is very general and we learn a little bit of everything in several sectors, which are the follows:
-Programming (software)
-Programming (hardware)
-Digital/Analogic electronics
-Telecommunications
-Computer Networks

According to current labor market, wich sector u advise me to follow? i like almost everything, so i want to decide the best sector to follow , the one that provides me better future, best salaries and ease of finding a job arround the world.

You should really be able to pick one of those 5 areas as your favorite. You will make a good salary in whichever area you are good at. But you need to be really good at that.
Practical advice: combine programming software and hardware. That would be a good start.
Also, there is always demand for engineers good in telecommunications, but that being said, were you good in your electromagnetics courses? How about RF design? Or perhaps antenna design?
If you prefer digital/analog electronics, can you say you are good at designing any type of amplifier circuit? How about putting together a complete microcontroller system (what to connect, how to connect it, so that you get a microcontroller up and running without a hitch. How many microcontrollers are you familiar with?
That pretty much will tell you how to choose an area of development.
"knowing a little bit of everything" in the professional jargon means knowing nothing about anything.
You must be good at something, but really good at that, even if it is just designing audio amplifiers.
