Looking to build a simple folding device with just pressure or combination of pressure & heat press to fold short & long end of cotton label.

The side folding is not the issue as you will see in the attached photos. Puzzle is doing the "short & long end" folding.

Dimension of the finished label is 4.5 x 6.5 CM. Folding allowance each way is 0.7 CM.

Any ideas.
