I am trying to work out the loads that are acting on the engine mounts when a 900nm torque is applied through the diff.

this si a free body diagram that i have come up with. I am interested in the rear engine mounts.
That is all the information I have
    any help is appreciated thanks.

Assuming that you have no losses in the system the torque through the differential will be the same as the torque through the motor mounts.

To determine the force you need to know the distance between the motor mounts.

Note: the directing of the forces are rotationally the opposite that of the torque at the transmission. One of your arrows on the motor mounts is in the wrong direction.
