anyone can help me to find:
how to calculate the adsorption rate for silica gel in the 2 meters cubic room?
how to calculate when the silica gel will be saturated?

    Lokust:

There are a number of companies who distribute and sell absorbent product like silica gel. Many of them have information to calculate the absorption rates and total amount of gel necessary to determine how much gel is required to keep a volume at the proper humidity. Here is one such link.

You can find more by search the phrase - silica gel absorption rate

Here is the link to a paper, on the subject. It is not a straight forward process.

If you know which gel you want use you could build a formula from the graph. Gather a large sample of data points into something like maplesoft and from there you can generate an equation.
