I am dealing with a building that isn't attached to the ground but cantilevered from an existing buildings tilt slab wall. The Thickness of the tilt slab wall is unknown but it needs to support a 30msquare building which cantilevers a maximum of 4m and constructed of lvl. There is a stair running parallel to the wall at 31degrees and 4.6m long. I am wondering how to attach the lvl to the existing tilt slab wall without having the beams spanning the same distance into the existing building.
