water is flowing in a steel pipe that pressure 0.6 bar and diameter of the pipe 4 inch. only i know these informations.
how can i found velocity of water and flow rate?

You need to make at least on assumption. The water is exiting through out the pipe into the atmosphere with a gauge pressure of 0.0 bar. With this information you calculate the exit velocity using Bernoulli's equation. Knowing the velocity and the diameter of the pipe you can calculate the volume / mass flow rate of the water.
