I actually want to calculate the head loss, for this i need to calculate Reynold number, How do I?
V= 2m/sec
dia of pipe = 6 inch = 0.156 m
kinematic viscosity of water at 30 C = 10^-6 m^2/sec
Re = 7745.8 x velcoity x dia of pipe /Kinematic viscosity
Above formula is correct? if so then how 7745.8 number comes? I know this is Imperial Unit but how it comes?
Please guide me.

Reynolds number is unit-less. If your are working in the Imperial Unit world you need to make use of a constant to eliminate the units. There should not be any corrections in the SI or metric system if used properly.

Not sure where you got the constant 7745.8?
Given the variables in your post it's a straightforward calculation Re=2*0.156*(1/ 10^-6) = 312000
