How can i use the Rad of Curvature value to draw the spherical surface.
I need to make a spherical surface of Radius of Curvature 51000mm on a 5mm plate to give the effect of Machined surface.

It is assumed that the cutting forces of a tool acts as a point load during machining. Hence, cylindrical projects are modeled on the 5 mm machined plate so that the point load of cutting forces of a tool can be applied on to the 5mm Geometry in ANSYS.

What CAD program are you using?

I am assuming that 5mm is the plate thickness, what are the plan dimensions of the plate?

Have you consider developing a thin shell of 5mm thick about the 51 meter radius?
After developing the section of the shell you would cut the section of the shell to the plan size of the surface.
