I need aluminum tubing that has good weldability, good corrosion resistance, and can handle sustained pressure of 60psi.
I am but a meager welder. Please give any advice you can. OD of pipe will be somewhere around 3" dropping down to two 1.5" pipes.
Thanks for your thoughts in advance.

There are number of alloys you could consider. AtoZ Materials has a nice chart showing you some of the most available along with there characteristics including weld ability - http://www.azom.com/article.aspx?ArticleID=310

Is there any pulsation in the system? Resistance to mechanical damage? Underground/water? Ph of the solution?

    GH:

Good points, weld ability is not the only consideration for this application. Before deciding on the final material the OP needs to consider these issues. Failure to do so could cause an unsafe situation.

I am building a "jet pack". It is water powered and will be attached via hose to the tail of a jet ski. Pulsation? I suppose it may have that. All I am really sure of at this point is that it will have up to 60 psi , the flow rate, I am not sure on that yet, its a very complex formula and Im still trying to get it right. I need to create about 425-445 lbs of lift.....anyways the aluminum will be the actual jets.

I decided to go with stainless. Used exhaust tubing, works!
