Other than water, what is the suitable solvent use to extract starch binder system? View All
The process is solvent debinding process in metal injection moding.
The other binder used in the system are glycerol (C3H5(OH)3), LLDPE (C2H4)n, Citric acid (C6H8O7), and Stearic acid (C18H36O2)

Given the materials you mentioned water is the best solvent. It will dissolve all but the LLDPE.

You could try heat to pyrolyze the materials to create water and carbon monoxide, but that might cause other issues.
