i would like to know how to estimate the number of men, days required to work on a 15 tons structural modification, in an offshore site. the site is a platform. can can this be calculated and what men is required?

You need to step through the process that the people will need to preform on step at at time.

How many pieces need to be lifted?

How far do they need to be lifted?

How many connections per joint?

How long will it take to make a connection?

etc.
