 ANSYS with CivilFEM, in my opinion is the most advanced and capable software for structural design and analysis. You may believe my opinion is biased when you read my profile because I work for a company that supports and sells this product, however it IS my opinion that ANSYS CivilFEM is the best software for structural design and analysis.
