I want to make depreciating by excel sheet to know what is {salvage value, book value } after 5 year .

With Microsoft Excel you can go directly to the Excel website and get preformated tables. See link below.

Most of the tables are design to meet USA accounting and IRS standards and requirements, but you should be able to use them in your application.
