What inspection method commonly used in FRP manufacturing and assembly? And how? View All
1. What is the common method of inspection in FRP manufacturing that uses batching process?
2. What is the best method of checking of FRP assembly such as ladders wherein there are variations in length or design as required by the customer?Does 100% inspection is the best method?

I'm not too sure what FRP is.. .but I do know that 3D scanning can be useful for many inspection applications. if you have a 3D CAD model of the part,you can over lay a 3D scan, and get a report showing all the deviations.
