Experience is the best teacher my friend. The more experience you have, the better you will become. Working hard is also a crucial part, as it is the only way you learn to overcome new challenges.

Don't get discouraged if your boss throws out some design concepts of yours, it just means that he/she wants to take it in a differnt direction.

Just keep at it and you'll get there in no time at all!
