Example is a 250UC89.5 Stronger than a 410UB59.7 verticuly is there a site that can tell me Dimensions and Properties.

A 250UC89.5 is a 260mm x 264mm H-Beam used primarily as a column weighing 89.5 Kg/meter.

A 410UB59.7 is a 406mm x 178mm I-Beam used primarily as a beam weighing 59.7 Kg/meter.

To determine which one is stronger you must evaluate how the structural component is loaded. Because the 410UB is deep it is more efficient in when loaded in the depth direction. The 250UC has wide Flanges and is stronger in the width direction.

Also the 250UC weighs a lot more.

As a follow up to my previous answer. Here is a more complete catalog showing all the dimension for Universal Beams and Columns. It gives the dimensions and section properties. You can use this information for your structural analysis. The two structural members each have loading directions and modes where they are stronger.

Note: the designations are not quite the same as the previous citation, but they are close.
